Depending upon the application there will be certain advantage user can get if we compared it with the Powder form CP.
Granules don't produce dust clouds on pouring, which means there is less time spent on cleaning.
Granules dissolve faster in water and more reliably in the dough mixing bowl because they are more porous.
They have a greater surface area which allows them to be penetrated in more places by water.
Granules flow better through the canister /dropper as there is more air space between the particles allowing them to rub against each other like greased ball bearings for easy flow.
Granules do not clog it reduces the operational issues and more frequent callouts to sites.
Bulk density of granular is higher compared to the powder form, so it requires less space for storage & transportation.
